INFORMATION NOTICE ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO THE LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA NO. 6698 (“KVKK”)

Fiber Chemical Joint Stock Company takes the highest possible security measures to ensure that your personal data is collected, stored, and shared in accordance with the law and to protect your privacy.

Our aim is to inform you transparently, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, regarding the collection of your personal data, the purposes of processing, to whom and for what purposes it will be transferred, the collection methods, legal reasons, and your rights.

a) Data Controller

Pursuant to the KVKK, your personal data is collected and processed by FIBER CHEMICAL JOINT STOCK COMPANY (“Company”), located at Nazilli OSB Mah. OSB 8. Cad. 1 Block No:19-1 Nazilli/Aydın, acting as the data controller, within the scope described below.

b) Personal Data Collected

The Company processes personal data only in relation to its field of activity and in compliance with applicable legislation, limited to employee candidates, employees, shareholders/partners, customers, and suppliers.

Personal data obtained through our website or by other legal means are collected, processed, and stored in accordance with the law and limited to the purpose of the transaction requested or used.

c) Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the principles set out in Article 4.2 of the KVKK.

The purposes of processing your personal data include:

• Carrying out Human Resources processes
• Managing Information Security processes
• Carrying out Assignment processes
• Managing Logistics activities
• Managing Risk processes
• Ensuring security of data controller operations
• Providing information to authorized persons, institutions, and organizations
• Maintaining corporate communication
• Managing contractual processes
• Managing goods/services purchasing and sales processes
• Following up financial and/or accounting transactions
• Conducting activities in compliance with legislation
• Carrying out/controlling business activities
• Receiving and evaluating suggestions for business process improvement
• Managing storage and archiving activities
• Ensuring physical space security
• Informing the public
• Establishing, exercising, or protecting a right
• Fulfilling obligations stipulated in other laws
• Ensuring the security of the Company and employees

d) Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred, in line with the principles set out in Article 4 of the KVKK and the purposes explained above, to public authorities, judicial bodies, regulatory and supervisory institutions, legally authorized public institutions, suppliers, and private legal entities, within the scope of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Depending on the IT infrastructure, your data may also be stored abroad.

e) Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data may be collected, processed, and transferred by the Company through methods such as website, e-mail, mobile applications, contracts, security cameras, and verbally, in writing, or electronically, in line with Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

f) Retention Period and Data Disposal Policy

Personal data is retained only for as long as required by the relevant legislation or for the purpose for which it is processed. Once the retention period expires or the purpose of processing ceases to exist, the data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized unless there is a legal basis for longer retention.

g) Rights of the Data Subject

As a data subject, under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data has been processed
• To request information if your personal data has been processed
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it has been used accordingly
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad
• To request correction if your personal data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
• To request deletion or destruction of your personal data
• To object to adverse outcomes resulting from automated processing
• To demand compensation for damages if you suffer due to unlawful processing
